JEWELRY CARE

Care should always be taken on gold plated jewelry to protect the layer from being worn away or scratched. Avoid chemical such as pefume, soap, and body lotions. Gently clean your jewelry after wearing it. Keep away from direct sun exposure. store your jewelry individually and do not store in paper, cardboard, or cotton-filled boxes. 


PAYMENT

We only accept payment via bank transfer (BCA). Do not forget to confirm payment for the order to be processed. 


SHIPMENT

Domestic (Indonesia):
We will send the package using JNE. Shipping rates will automatically shown upon checkout. The product will be send out maximum 2 days after the payment is received. It will be arrived within approximately 1-4 working days. 

International:
We do not accept International shipping through our website for now.


REPAIR SERVICE

Silver with gold plated material will tarnish over time due to natural wear. Your jewelry may need to be professionally polished, replated or repaired. We are ready to help for any request of reparation. Please tell us your jewelry condition and attach picture to jewelandtale@gmail.com 


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns and refunds in all orders. Exchanges are accepted until 1 week after the item is received. You need tell us your jewelry condition and attach picture to jewelandtale@gmail.com. We will give our address immediately if the request is confirmed. Item returned MUST be n its original packaging and in brand new condition.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Thereplacement product will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us. Jewel and Tale are responsible for the shipping cost of replacement product. 

Sale itemd could not be returned or exchanged.
